About the Event

G’day Legend!

It’s time to fire up, feed up, and Grab Life by the BBQ!

We’re back for our third year, and the fire’s burning stronger than ever. Over 5,000 Aussies have already joined the movement, hosting BBQs, sharing yarns, and helping change the story for men’s mental health.

In September 2026, it’s your turn to make some noise.
